Architected a scalable white-label design system on design tokens that lets enterprise clients instantly apply their own branding, structured complex workflows with Object-Oriented UX (OOUX) into role-based flows, and designed a visual drag-and-drop workflow builder for internal automation. Project under NDA.

Led UX architecture and design delivery across the bank's core domains: payments and transfers, deposits and savings, securities exchange, insurance, all areas of lending, currency exchange, video KYC, and lifestyle services such as travel and ticket booking. Owned business-needs discovery, mindmaps and customer journey maps, user flows and information architecture, technical specs for engineering, and usability testing, including a Mastercard-sponsored gamification engine that onboarded 3M users in 7 weeks and lifted core transactions by 25%.

Led the ground-up redesign of Privat24 WEB across 19+ service modules: responsive adaptation, a new OOUX information architecture, and updated service logic. Initiated, built, and governed the cross-platform design system: component library, guidelines, and a universal system of design variables (100+ components, 2,000+ variants).

Designed e-commerce platforms and high-converting, SEO-optimized landing pages for B2B and B2C clients: responsive design, visual hierarchy, and foundational user-centered design.
